Return policy
How we handle refunds or exchanges for the small printed items listed in the shop section.
Scope
This policy applies to physical goods fulfilled through the volunteer treasurer after you contact the desk. Digital cues or informal notes are not sold as products and therefore are not covered here.
Inspection window
Examine your shipment within fourteen days of pickup or delivery. Note any shipping damage promptly with a photograph so we can file a simple carrier report when applicable.
Returns for manufacturing issues
If print quality or assembly clearly deviates from the description on the product page, we arrange a replacement or reimbursement once the treasurer reviews the item. Keep packaging when possible.
Change of mind
Because runs are small, discretionary refunds for change-of-mind may be limited to unopened items still fit for reuse. Postage is typically non-refundable.
Processing time
Once approved, reimbursements are initiated through the same channel you used for payment instructions from the treasurer. Timing depends on banking schedules outside our control.
